Returns & Refunds policy

1. Introduction

This Returns & Refunds Policy explains the terms under which payments made to BTHL are refundable. Our services are designed to deliver high value, clarity, and commitment, and this policy aims to ensure transparency and fairness for all participants.

2. Nature of Services

BTHL provides professional leadership development services, including one to one sessions, small cohort programs, and online experiences. Due to the intangible and time based nature of these services, refunds are subject to the conditions outlined below.

3. One to One Sessions

Payments for one to one leadership sessions are generally non refundable once a session has been delivered.

If a session is cancelled by the client with sufficient notice, rescheduling may be offered in accordance with our scheduling policy.

If BTHL is unable to deliver a confirmed session due to unforeseen circumstances, the client may choose between a full refund or rescheduling at no additional cost.

4. Small Cohort Programs

Payments for small cohort programs are non refundable once the program has started, as places are limited and preparation is required in advance.

If a participant withdraws before the program begins, a partial refund may be considered at BTHL’s discretion, excluding any non recoverable costs already incurred.

If a cohort program is cancelled by BTHL, participants will be entitled to a full refund or the option to transfer their payment to a future cohort.

5. Digital Content and Materials

Any digital materials, recordings, or downloadable resources provided as part of BTHL programs are non refundable once access has been granted, unless otherwise required by law.

6. Exceptional Circumstances

In cases of serious personal or professional hardship, BTHL may review refund or credit requests on a case by case basis. Such reviews are handled with care, discretion, and respect for confidentiality.

7. How to Request a Refund

All refund or cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to:

8. Processing of Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method where possible and within a reasonable timeframe, depending on the payment provider.

9. Legal Rights

Nothing in this policy affects any mandatory consumer rights provided under applicable law.
